They are required to co-operate with the school in its attempt to help their children progress by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in their children’s work.  They should check diary everyday, the home-work set and any other instruction given.  They are advised to check the bags of their wards to see if any notice, invitation, etc. has been issued.

They are required to inform the school if there is any change in their addresses/telephone numbers.  Leave for half day should be avoided, as far as possible, for security reasons.  In an emergency, written permission must be taken from the Principal and class teacher and the bus incharge should be informed.  Children, when sick, should not be sent to school to attend classes.

Parent’s attention is drawn to the fact that criticism of a teacher of the School in the presence of a child causes the child to lose his or her respect for the teacher and will retard his or her progress.  Any communication made by the parents should be addressed to the Principal and not to the class teachers.

Parents, should sign the progress report and return it to the school within three days.  If this report is lost, a replacement will be made only after payment of Rs.50.
